I’m still alive!!!

Yeah…..It’s been a long time! I went into a hole….(giggle)….it wasn’t dark it was just a life readjustment!

As to the KarmynKast…I’m listening to the last one. Hmmm… So many life changes…for the better…but some is personal and not sharable! Heck, I don’t even remember my Mevio account! UStream has to be the way to go!

Have gotten a LOT of new technology.

Using my Mac for teaching and recording students….not myself….I know, I know!!!

I’ve been battling a cold/flu since before Christmas! It’s AWFUL! I think I’m on the mend, but of course I thought that last time too. On my 3rd round of antibiotics and coughing like a smoker!

Wanted to share this! This was my Christmas present to myself! I LOVE it! Roku is AWESOME! I don’t have cable and this sure does pacify!

Cold and Flu season! I swear every year I’m ill at Christmas! Some years it’s worse than others! This year is one of those WORSE! Grrr!

I’ve having my second battle with the cold bug this year! The first time, it settled in my ears; this time…my throat! Grrr! A laryngeal infection. WHY ME!!!

It’s my second day of laryngitis and this time….there really is no voice! Yesterday it felt like a golf ball was in my throat. Today it feels like a marble on fire!

I am working on a film though! It’s called The Blob! Seriously the things coming out of my throat and sinus is a horror flick!

Poor Kitty is confused! He doesn’t understand why mommy is making such awful noises AND why she can’t make it stop raining!! 🙂 But his lovings make everything all better! 🙂

So, just an FYI…..

I’m helping with that by staying home. I’m getting my exercise by boiling hot tea and steaming water to breathe! Not all that hungry either although I just made myself eat an apple…that I can’t taste right now….

Ah, well…Merry Christmas!

So I got to record today with the AMAZING Jeff Urband at his studio in North Hollywood! He’s worked with Bonnie Raitt and her father for years! He’s just an UNBELIEVABLE talent! I’m VERY honored every time I get a chance to work with him! 

We worked on a song called Two Words for a wedding!!

I hope I embedded it correctly!! 🙂
